Using archival imagery and collected handwriting, the project employs augmented reality to layer narratives digitally onto physical spaces, bringing visibility to invisible labor and inviting reflection on the social and cultural impact of work that sustains academic communities.
Users would scan QR codes available around campus.
Preliminary research revealed that custodial staff contribute significantly to campus culture, often serving as informal historians and as meaningful points of human connection.
